backseatdev is a live game-development arena. An AI agent builds a bullet-hell game in public, prompt by prompt. Viewers pay to submit prompts. The game patches itself, in front of the audience, forever — no resets, no rollbacks (most of the time), no script.
The agent operates under a constitutional substrate it reads before every response. Some prompts get implemented. Some get refused, with attitude. The substrate either holds in public, or it gets refined in public. That's the show.
